Title: OBIEE/ETL Developer

Location: Philadelphia, PA

Interview: Phone, F2F-- REQUIRED

Length:     3+ months

Position Description:

 

	Responsibilities: • Development of ETL maps, database upgrades, architecture changes and updates, job scheduling • Development of RPD including maintenance and modification to physical, business and logical layers • OBIEE report, agents, dashboard, prompt development • full operational/production support including nightly support, system upgrades (patches, servers), access requests, security maintenance • technical design documentation • maintenance of the systems, performance tuning • database issues debugging • daily inquiries about database structure, data extracts, RPD mapping, location of the columns • Closely work with business analysts, end-users, all other IT groups on delivering common solutions and effectively utilizing existing skills and resource.
Requirements	Skill set: Technical - OBIA (11g and higher), Data Modeling, strong schema design knowledge (Star, Snowflake, etc), OLAP, Informatica ETL, DAC, Data Warehouse design and architecture, PL/SQL, stored procedures, packages, Oracle database, relational/dimensional databases, batch and Unix script writing, practical knowledge of source/target data acquisition, data dimensions and facts, database architecture, Functional - strong documentation skills, analytical skills, project management, resource management, schedule and budget management, great communication skills
Additional Comments:	Candidate should be strong in OBIEE (RPD, Report, Dashboard etc.) development. Working knowledge of ETL development.
