- Designing/deploying the Multiple Server, Single Management Group Scenario
- Designing/deploying the Operations Manager 2007-12 Management Pack Authoring Console
- Designing/deploying Audit Collection Services (ACS) in Operations Manager 2007-12
- Designing/deploying Gateway Server in the Multiple Server, Single Management Group Scenario
- Designing/deploying the Connected Management Groups Scenario
- Agent and Agentless Monitoring
- Fine-tuning Management packs
Reporting
- Data warehouse DB
- SQL reporting and reporting items
Connectors
- connector architecture
- using universal connector
- deploy, configure and use universal connector

Advanced scripting and windows PowerShell
- ops mgr and windows PowerShell functionality
- ops mgr and visual basic scripts functionality

Skills - SCOM 2007-12
- WSUS
- SQL query – good knowledge
