Look for BA/System Analyst with strong telecom background. Attached are resumes of two people who have done well in the interviews.

 

1.       Good understanding of Requirement Management process.

2.       Experience and knowledge in requirement gathering, Analysis and estimation Process.

3.       String Analytical skills. Experience in Business analysis will be added advantage.

4.       Strong development background would be plus.

5.       Experience in preparing System Requirements, High Level Design and Low Level Design.

6.       Good Communication Skills.

7.       Good Knowledge of Telecom domain. Working experience with Telecom client is plus.

8.       Preferably an engineering graduate.
