NEED Sr. Build and Release Engineer

SR. BUILD AND RELEASE ENGINEER------LOCATION : PHOENIX, AZ----DURATION : 1 YEAR

 

INTERVIEW MODE : 2 ROUNDS OF TELEPHONIC INTERVIEW

 

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:

 

·         A thorough knowledge and understanding of computer science as typically obtained through the completion of a Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field.

·         Proven leadership in release engineering.

·         Must have sufficient educational background and/or experience to qualify incumbent to perform advanced automation/configuration in release engineering.

·         Five to seven years of release/automation experience required.

·         Experience with Continuous Integration (CI) required

·         Experience with Maven, Bamboo, and Subversion (SVN) required Ruby and Bash scripting required

·         Must be flexible to work late night deployment windows

·         Will be a part of an on-call rotation to support systems

·         A general understanding and knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices and procedures within the software development field is required.

·         Must have excellent oral and written communication skills to effectively interact with internal and external customers and department staff, as described above.

·         Must possess the ability to prioritize and perform multiple tasks simultaneously.
