Responsible for the development of test plans for embedded software, firmware, and Windows software. Execute mainly black-box and regression bases tests, using Test Automation and Manual based testing practices. Strong documentation skills along with experience, tracking, and report defects.
Minimal 5+ years of work experience as software developer and test engineer.
Candidate must have strong experience testing Windows PC software applications.
Testing embedded software, including on Embedded Linux systems is a PLUS.
Strong experience using QTP for developing test framework and harness.
Knowledge of implementing and tracking software test metrics.
Experience in bug tracking and revision control systems. (Jira)
Must have strong skills in one or more scripting languages such as Python and Perl.
Knowledge of and experience in C/C++/C# and .NET.
Candidate must have strong experience testing Windows PC software applications.
