Job Description:
Techno/Functional Oracle HRMS consultant for a 3+ month project in Marlboro, MA. Our client is seeking a Oracle Techno/Functional HRMS consultant to perform enhancements and customizations to their current HRMS modules. The selected candidate will have a blend of technical (60% - 70%) and (30% - 40%) functional skill set. Addiitonally the current environment is Oracle EBS 11i, therefore the selected resource needs to possess recent Oracle 11i experience. Addiitonally there is the possibility that they may become involved on an upgrade to Oracle R12 after this engagement which could take place later this summer.
Technical Qualifications:
9+ years as an Oracle Techno/Functional Consultant with emphasis on the technical side
5 – 7+ years or experience with Oracle HRMS modules
Recent and relevant experience working with Oracle 11i
Strong experience performing enhancements & customizations
