Top desired experience:
1. Experience with 1-2 end to end SF.com implementations as a Configurator around Salesforce Automation
2. Experience with 1-2 implementations in blueprinting and project requirements design
3. Looking for a BA with a strong background in the Sales Cloud and sales side experience.
Job Description:
- Lexmark is implementing Salesforce.com for Sales Force Automation to help them become more effective at cross selling their products and services and be on 1 CRM platform.
- They have chosen Deloitte to do the initial project definition and build the project roadmap and timelines. Initially the project will be in a phased approach over 15 months+ and they will use the Agile methodology for the project build out.
- Key functionality that will be implemented is the following: leads, opportunities, services quotes, service contracts management. The primary users will be the sales and marketing groups within Lexmark.
- Functional Configuration resources will be needed who have 1-2 SF. Com implementations experience around Salesforce Automation to work with internal Lexmark team members and Deloitte resources to do design, blue printing, and configuration around the above functionality Lexmark is implementing.
- Candidates must have deep SF.com expertise around configuration and design of the above business functionality.
- Heavy interaction with internal business teams to understand project requirements and also provide guidance and best practices during the configuration and business process design stages of the project.
