Job Title : Flex Developer
Location : Chicago,IL
Duration : 4 + months contract
Required Experience/Skills :
Candidates must have 5+ years of technical experience and should have completed at least 4 full professional software engineering projects across multiple platforms.
Candidate must possess the following:
3+ years experience developing Flex Applications
Excellent written and verbal communications skills
Experience with at least 2 Micro-Architecture Frameworks for Flex
Excellent experience with the Flex Component Life Cycle
Experience with software design fundamentals and design patterns
Experience with enterprise integration experience (service protocols: SOAP, AMF, JSON, XML)
Understanding of traditional waterfall and agile software development methodologies including (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, Rational Unified Process, Lean Software Development)
Knowledge of Internet security
Experience with tuning and refactoring Flex code and assessing the impact of architectural decisions on performance and scalability
must be proficient with standard development tools, including ANT, Maven, CruiseControl, JUnit, and popular IDEs such as Eclipse
Nice to Have :
Experience in multiple industries, including financial services, insurance, media and healthcare
Experience with the Adobe Creative Suite
Experience with major search vendors (FAST, Autonomy, Google etc)
Experience with major analytics packages (Omniture, Google etc)
