JD-

The candidate should have 8-10 years of development experience in Java

The candidate should have built advanced test frameworks for better debugging and test coverage.

Should have worked in Agile methodology and have implemented tools for automation of the SDLC processes.

Should have a strong design / development background.

The candidate should possess design thinking and should able to do the design so that the code can have maximum test coverage.

The candidate should be able to do very effective code reviews and provide suggestions for improving the overall product quality and test coverage

Should be able to analyze and decompose a complicated software system and design a strategy to test this system.

Since the candidate has to interface with various teams, strong communication skills re required.
