TITLE: AML BA/DA
LOCATION: Tampa, FL
DURATION: 6+Month
Requisition Details:-
Liaise with business team and IT team to understand business requirements document
Work with IT and business teams in drafting Functional Requirements document
Work closely with senior manager from IT on key initiatives
Will be working in AML/Compliance and should possess expertise around the area
Technical Skills:-
10-18 years of experience. With 5-10 years as BA.
Expected Domain Experience: Credit Risk, Basel II, III, RWA Calculations, CCAR (Comprehensive Capital Analysis & Review), CCAR Modeling, DFAST (Dodd Frank Act Stress Testing), Volker's Rule, Financial Regulatory Reporting; Risk Regulatory Reporting; AxiomSL experience
PMO experience along with BA experience would be a plus for Senior BA profiles
Should be able to perform Data analysis and mapping
The candidate will be working closely with the business in understanding the requirement and interacting with the technology team to pass the detailed requirement.
Well versed with writing Functional requirement document, System integrated test plan, traceability metric etc.
Good testing skill - participating in the function testing and ensuring the functional requirement is met before the product is released to the business for user acceptance testing.
Knowledge of SQL, PLSQL
Proven experience in participating in requirement gathering, solution designing, Should be able to validate technical design along with technical team.
