·         Good communication skills (both written and verbal)

·         BizTalk upgrade experience

·         BizTalk 2013R2 (2014) experience

·         Experience with Schemas, Maps, Orchestrations, and Pipelines

·         Experience with WCF & web services

·         Visual Studio experience

·         T-SQL and stored procedure experience

·         EDI experience

·         Insurance and HIPAA experience (optional)
