Position: Senior test lead with Security testing

Location : Greenwood Village, CO  80111     
Duration: Long term

Description:

Required/Must Have Skills:                 

·         Min 2-3 years exposure and a good understanding of the domain – Anything and all related to IT/Application Security

·         Min 2-3 years' experience in use of HPALM in the complex, multi wave project.

·         The lead should be able to administer HPALM for user provisioning, training, Test artifact management, Reporting

·         Develop Test Strategy and Test Plans for the project based on Newmont Templates

·         Coordinate and manage test preparation activities – test scenario identification, design and development of test cases

·         Coordinate and manage test execution activities – test scheduling, test case execution, and defect logging and tracking

·         Monitor testing activities – test preparation and execution and take corrective actions as needed

·         Provide stakeholder Test execution reporting

·         Work closely with Test Manager and Integration Manager for the success of testing

·         Provides direction and support for testers

·         Team Leadership

·         Identification and escalation of issues and risks to test manager and to project team

 

Education Requirement: Bachelors or masters degree

Years of Experience: 9+ years of experience          

Certification Requirement: Senior test lead with Security testing background.
