Must Have Skills:  Edify IVR, CTI and .Net

 

Additional Skills

PBX, Outbound Dialers, IVR, contact center technologies and different integrations

Strong knowledge in one or more of the following Edify IVR, CTI, reporting systems, PBX, Outbound Dialers and how these systems integrate to enable a call center solution. Responsible for feature design across entire solution and has the ability to evaluate designs and provide feedback Collaborates with and influences local and partner teams Scope accountability is at the solution level, and tests all scenarios at the solution level Influences quality standards at the solution level
