KNOWLEDGE TRANSFER

The knowledge transfer strategy will include the following:

• Consultant will develop procedures for analysis and coordination activities that will be housed in a centralized repository.

• Consultant will compile a list of resources, educational materials, and training opportunities as needed for complete knowledge transfer.

In addition, the team must also have the following minimum qualifications:

• Five (5) years of experience as a SharePoint Developer on Microsoft SharePoint 2010 or above.

• Three (3) years of experience as a Developer supporting Microsoft SharePoint Online.

• Three (3) years of experience as a presenter presenting technical demos for non-technical audiences.

• Three (3) years of experience developing training classes & support materials.

• Three (3) years of experience conducting instructor-led-training.
