POSITION: Tibco MDM Consultant
LOCATION: Greenville, SC, Carlisle,PA, Quicy, MA
DURATION: 6 month +
TIBCO Customer MDM Consultant / Developer:
Our client is looking for an experienced TIBCO MDM Consultant / Developer.
The candidate must be very familiar with TIBCO MDM and should have experience with Customer MDM, Webspere, AIX / Unix / Linux, Oracle, Web services (WSDL).
The client is currently on Tibco MDM 8.3.1 and should be able to develop in the native language of Tibco.
Job Responsibilities:
Resolve all the tickets as per Target SLA
Analyze change/enhancement requirements, design/functional specification and estimation
Timely update the ticket tracking Remedy system
Coordinate between Onsite & Offshore activity
Monitor for compliance the agreed execution processes for product support & maintenance
Be the point of ownership for all TIBCO Customer MDM related deliverables
Follow escalation procedure for product support & maintenance, when necessary
Contribute towards the analysis of RCA/Problem Management initiatives
Provide technical guidance to the team
Provide technical perspective for weekly status report
