One of our clients in (Boston, MA) is looking for (Unified Communication Server/Client) Consultant for contract Position. Kindly find the below Job Description and share me your Profile

 

We require the following senior consultants locally in US ( Boston Area) to help us in transition. They should have around 12 to 15 years' experience in below domain. should be well versed with L2/L3 support processes and requirements.

 

They needs to help us on transition so 10+ year experience is required.

 

Unified Communication Server/Client (Work Location : US, Location : Boston, Duration : 6 months)

 

1. Strong experience in unified communication products

2. Minimum 4 years' experience in VoIP protocol stacks

3. Strong experience in SIP, H.264, RTP/RTCP, G.711, VP, XMPP, MQTT, CSTA, RTC4Web

4. Windows Internal

5. Linux Internals

6. Background in at least one public or private cloud

7. Experience in L2/L3 support, Problem Management, Ticket Management, Incident Management
