Role: Network Data Engineer

Location: Columbus, OH/ Temecula, CA

Client: Wipro

 

Primary Skills

a.            Expert knowledge on Extreme Network switches and Cisco Routing components

b.            Knowledge and experience on Data Network (LAN, WAN), Security and Voice Over IP infrastructure setup implementation and management

c.             Design and architecting skills - Efficient designing and planning of new technologies and driving the implementation.

d.            Knowledge and experience with inter-network routing architectures, and the underlying network security technologies

e.            Knowledge on network security components, load balancers and firewalls

f.             Good knowledge on ITIL processes, process flows & definitions

g.            Experience in managing international customers and large resource base in onshore and offshore

h.            Good problem analysis, Negotiation, Communication and presentation skills

Secondary Skills

a.            Escalations and Vendor management handling skills

b.            Skills on Template creation , presentation and documentation

c.             Skills on Network management tools implementation

d.            knowledge on Project management for assisting all Infrastructure Projects

 

Certifications:

Must be

1.            CCNP Certification + Minimum 2 Years Experience

2.            ITIL Foundation Certified

Secondary

1.            CCDP Certification

2.            CCIE Certification

•              Hands on experience on Networking products.( Extreme Networks, Cisco )

•              Load balancers (F5)

•              Cisco Management tools –Solar winds, Cisco Unified Communication Manager, Cisco Operation Manager
