  (a) Expert level proficiency in design & development of Portal solutions using WebSphere Portal 8.x,Spring Portlet MVC, Spring Framework, Spring Security, JQuery

(b) Intermediate level proficiency in design & development of WebSphere Portal 8.x Themes, Skins & Layouts

OR

(c) Expert level proficiency in design & development of SOAP and/or RESTful WebServices using Spring Integration, Spring WebServices (SOAP & REST), Spring Batch, Spring Security, WebSphere Application Server 8.x, JBoss EAP

1.      Expert level proficiency in Java/J2EE

2.      Advanced level proficiency in DB2/Oracle/Mongo

3.      Experienced in leading distributed Agile application development teams

4.      Soft Skills : Communication skills, Adaptability, Problem Solving
