I have a short term need for SQL Server DBA.  In the short view needs the following:

 The requirements are:

• Merge replication expert
• "Always on" expert
• SQL Server performance expert

 Preferably on SS 2012 or 2014

 This may be a month long engagement.  Could even be part time.
