MOI         ::                           Telephonic + face to Face

$40/hour on C2C

 

Requirements

                *  5+ years of experience: Application development

                *  3 years experience with each of the following:

                                                o   Classic ASP

                                                o   ASPX

                                                o   HTML and CSS

                                                o   WebSphere MQ management and development

                                                o   Open XML

                                                o   Visual Studio 2013 +

                                                o   Team Foundation Server (TFS)

                                                o   C#

                                                o   JavaScript

                                                o   Web Services

                                                o   XML

                                                o   Microsoft Office 2010 +

                                                o   SQL Server 2008 queries, data communications,development

                                                o   Windows Server 2012 R2

                                                o   IIS 8.5

                                                o   MVC

                *  Proven hands-on technical work with a variety of technologies.

                *  Knowledge of the principles and practices of information technology project                                 management.

                *  Knowledge of business process analysis methods.

                *  Knowledge of system design and system flow concepts.

                *  Knowledge of data management concepts.

                *  Knowledge of data modeling methods and techniques.

                *  Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing

 

Nice to Have

                *  Experience with managing Commonwealth projects of similar size and complexity

                *  Understanding of Commonwealth policies
