Role	Senior Visual Designer
Mandatory Technical Skills	• Craft beautiful designs that delight, inspire and engage our users. • Make intelligent use of Typography, color, layout, space and texture to help users navigate, consume and interact with users. • Can help define the Design Language System for Juniper Products • Understands that visual design is about creating information hierarchy, visual relationships and affordances that help users successfully scan, perceive and interact with the information • Have proficiency in design methodologies and tools • Are good at story telling with good communication skills • Have personal portfolio of exceptional quality • Prototyping skills are a plus • Understanding of front end development skills will be a plus • Experience working with enterprise applications will be a plus
Duties & Responsibilities	You will work on some of the most cutting edge products at Juniper to 1. Define the Design Language Systems 2. Work on Data and System visualizations 3. Work with other designers to help define conceptual model, UI paradigms and frameworks 4. Track, measure and improve designs 5. Conduct design reviews to drive consensus within Design team and with Engineering and Product Management 6. Work with User Research to validate designs 7. Mentor junior staff

Duration	9-12 months
