Experience with Epic is Must

PMP certified. Exceptional communication and stakeholder interaction skills. Experience working with multiple external vendors to coordinate deliverables and managing expectations. Strong technical background in project management Track record of leading and managing complex technology projects with aggressive schedules and timelines Capable of rapid absorption of new subject matter across technical, business and market specific domains Detail-oriented with a demonstrated ability to self-motivate and follow-through on projects Demonstrated ownership and accountability of results in an end-to-end project lifecycle Ability to thrive and succeed in an entrepreneurial environment, and not be hindered by ambiguity or multiple competing priorities Must be mature, exercise good judgment, be a relationship builder, be decisive, and employ negotiation skills to influence and get the job done Ability to comfortably and confidently present to all levels within the enterprise and to work with both technical and non-technical individuals Demonstrated ability to form and manage cross-organization virtual teams Ability to thrive in a dynamic and challenging work environment. Ability to set goals and achieve scheduled deadlines Solid foundation in service-oriented architecture to be able to understand service inter-dependencies and drive towards technical solutions for multi-tiered systems 7+ years of experience leading software development projects with aggressive schedules 3+ years of relevant software engineering experience Experience with Agile software development principles and methodologies Familiarity with Agile Development tools such as JIRA and Confluence Knowledge of open source software platforms and tools Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related technical discipline
