·         Prior experience functioning as sole expert on Java to a project - Required: 1 Years

·         Experience leading a project with minimal guidance - Required: 3 Years

·         Glassfish (Sun Application Server 9) - Required: 2 Years

·         XML - Required: 5 Years

·         Spring - Required: 3 Years

·         Oracle 11g and above programming - Required: 3 Years

·         JavaScript - Required: 5 Years

·         Netbeans - Required: 1 Years

·         Experience in the following Desktop products: MSWORD and MSEXCEL - Required: 6 Months

·         MSProject - Required: 3 Years

·         Prior experience mentoring web developers - Required: 2 Years

·         WTX Linux - Highly desired: 2 Years

·         Experience in MagicDraw - Nice to have: 6 Months

·         UML - Nice to have: 2 Years

·         Prior experience on projects exchanging data with the IRS (XML format) - Nice to have: 2 Years
