·         IT professional with 6+ years of diverse experience in Business Analysis, Data Analysis, Project Coordination & Business Development in Banking (ERM), Finance and Insurance Industries.

·         Skilled in gathering Functional, non-functional, user, Integration requirements, articulating User Requirements in to Use Cases utilizing knowledge of different phases in Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) as Initiation, Design, Development, Testing and Implementation

·         In depth knowledge of different LOBs of P&C insurance with emphasis on Auto insurance and Business Owners Insurance.

·         Worked in Agile, XP, Waterfall and industry specific Hybrid methodologies

·         Well versed with Business Process Models to create As-Is and To-be process flows, data flow diagrams

·         Understanding of Structured data and Relational Database Management Services using Oracle, MS SQL Server, DB2

·         Experience in working with knowledge management programs to achieve organizational objectives

·         Experience with writing/analyzing SQL scripts for various report validation and data analysis.

·         Experience in Data Architecture and maintaining Relational Databases and Meta data registry

·         Experience in Asset and Liability management of financial institutions

·         Worked with the treasury to determine cash flows and credit assessment

·         Experience in implementing the BASAL Regulatory changes

·         Strong team player with excellent interpersonal and problem solving skills, including the ability to coordinate, motivate and lead team members
