Detailed JD	Experience of 8 to 12 years on IBM WMB 8x versions . §  Strong IBM Message Broker resource with good communication skills. High level details of work ·         Requirement Analysis .     Define Architecture/Solution along with Design/Implementation skills ·     Hands on technical skills ·     Should be able to mentor and guide the offshore team for any technical and functional issues on WMB.
