Position: Tech Lead for IBM WCS (WebSphere Commerce Suite )
Location: Katy, TX
Contract: 6+ Months
Minimum 2 years as Technical Lead ( total of 8+ years of IT experience)
Good Communication and Analytical skills
Strong Design and implemenation experience in Websphere Commerce
Strong understanding of Websphere commerce architecture and able to provide right design decisions
Experience in Integrating , designing and developing custom solutions within Websphere Commerce
Hands-on experience with utilizing various sub systems of Websphere Commerce Server i.e Catalog, Order, Member etc
Strong Java J2EE experience
End-to-end experience in software development life-cycle and familiar with agile methodologies
Knowledge in WCS all versions and new SOA framework
Executed at least 2 WCS end-to-end implementation
Technical leadership skills for managing a track of work and defining a comprehensive solution leading toward a common vision
Ability to abstract detail into larger (repeatable) patterns, familiarity with user-centered analysis and evaluation techniques
Experience in working at onsite/offshore model.
