Job Title	Database Developer / DBA
Relevant Experience (in Yrs)	Min 8 years
Overview	The customer provides IT solutions and services to Supplemental business of Individual segment. The customer is looking for two strong senior database developers with excellent design skills and a deep understanding of Microsoft SQL Server to join our development team.
Basic Function	·         Design, creation, and implementation of SSIS ETL processes in an OLAP environment ·         Programming the database layer for OLTP applications. ·         Developing reporting through SSRS or Adhoc queries and maintenance of existing applications.
Technical/Functional Skills	·         8+ years database development experience ·         Extremely strong Transact-SQL (TSQL) skills (stored procedures, functions, views, triggers, etc.) in both SQL Server 2005 and SQL Server 2008 R2 ·         Excellent design skills in both OLTP and OLAP environments ·         Experience optimizing query execution and reading execution plans ·         ETL experience using SSIS ·         Reporting experience using SSRS ·         XML / XSLT ·         Ability to work on a team as well as solo ·         Understanding of database development best practices ·         Excellent communication skills ·         C# or other language experience a definite plus ·         Health insurance knowledge a plus
Experience Required	·         Bachelor's degree, or commensurate work experience ·         Excellent problem solving and organizational skills
Generic Managerial Skills	·         Working in Onsite-Offshore Model
Education	Bachelor degree in Computer Science or related discipline
Duration of assignment	Min 6 Months +
Work Location	Austin, Texas (Onsite)
