Required background:

Must be Dev401 / Dev501 certified

Excellent APEX Customization skills

Batch Customization

Proficient in SFDC configuration, Workflows, Approval Processes, Validation Rules, Reports & Dashboards, Application Setup, etc

Web Service Integration

Knowledge of AppExchange Products 

Excellent Communication Skills
