Position: Systems Engineering

Location: El Segundo, CA

Duration: 6-12 Months

 

Description:

·         BS Degree in Engineering or related field and at least 5 years of experience in the area of systems engineering, design, and integration. MS degree preferred.

·         Experience developing, designing, or architecting applications for video delivery of playback

·         Experience in business systems analysis, requirements definition and high-level architectural designs

·         Understanding of software development methodologies and structured approaches to system development

·         Excellent multitasking and time management skills with consistent attention to detail

·         Excellent written and verbal communication skills including the ability to effectively communicate technical issues and solutions to all levels of the organization

·         Able to lead meetings and effectively summarize and prioritize topics

·         Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills

·         Strong analytical and problem solving skills

·         Good leadership, facilitation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work across functional lines and at many levels

·         Ability to work in a fast paced, constantly changing environment

·         Ability to quickly learn and communicate value of new technologies to technical and non-technical audiences
