Position                : Software Engineer

Location               : Phoenix, Arizona(AZ)

 

Job Requirement & Technical Skills Required:

 

This position includes but is not limited to developing software and network drivers using C++ as the primary programming languages; debugging and testing software, documenting software with comments, UML diagrams and flow charts, porting software written for Windows to Linux and developing validation test cases for software written. 

Minimum Qualifications: 

 

·         BS degree in relevant field, such as Computer Science or Computer Engineering 

·         3+ years relevant work experience in a software engineering role (software development, software QA, software validation, or software program management) required. 

·         5+ years of programming or validation experience with Windows environments and Android development environment. 

·         5+ years of Experience with Eclipse & Visual Studio. 

·         5+ years of Experience with at least one software version management system, such as git, SVN, CVS. 

·         Proficiency in C++. 

·         Understanding of Object Oriented Design principles required. 

·         Ability to work in a SCRUM environment required. 

 

   Preferred Qualifications: 

 

·          Linux development 

·         Windows development. 

·         Experience in programming for browser-based applications (JavaScript, HTML5, etc.). 

·         Experience with Restful interfaces, web sockets, webRTC and other web protocols. 

·         Hands on experience validating software, using debugging tools, and resolving bugs. 

·         Experience with test automation, especially across different platform/OS combinations. 

·         Experience developing or validating software for consumer products. 

·         Self-motivated fast learner with strong analytical and communication skills.
