| Technical/Functional Skills | Experienced certified scrum master. Functions effectively as a Scrum Master in running Scrum Teams on a daily basis. Able to deliver within IT or business programs with minimal day-to-day supervision. Typical tasks may include oversight of daily stand-ups and other Agile rituals, management of Agile artifacts and reporting on team progress. Contributes effectively in a collaborative setting, whether leading, facilitating or participating in discussion. Builds a network of contacts in the client organization to support program execution.
