Requirements:-

Onsite coordinator and backup DEV Lead for development projects. Responsible to liaise with BU/Ops/Offshore/Test teams and oversee all development, deployment, and test support tasks.
· 3 to 5 yrs experience
· Excellent in standard .NET technologies – ASP.NET/WCF/XML/XSLT/Performance
· Excellent analytical skills
· Good communication and coordination skills
· Awareness of software quality processes and full SDLC procedures
· Very proactive and should have a sense of ownership and accountability for the tasks
