Job Title:  Scrum Master ( Mobile app Development )

Location: New York City,NY

Duration: 6-12  Months Contract 

!! Must have Mobile app Development Team Handling Exp !! 

Required background:

3+ years previous experience as a Scrum Master 

Agile/Scrum Certification

Experience with teaching Agile 

Experience with Waterfall 

Vocal, hands on demeanor

Understanding and application of best practice in hybrid environment

Strong understanding of agile principles with the ability to direct the team based on those principles

Ability to identify team issues proactively and able to correct them team and guide team to an appropriate course of action 

Strong problem resolution skills 

Strong leadership skills

Ability to put together training materials and presentations

Excellent communication

Background in Technologies (distributed, specifically with mobile apps)
