Mandatory Technical Skills: 

• Dev 501 Certified or Dev 401 Certification min 2 year back
• Apex/VF, Java, Javascript, HTML, SOQL, SOSL, webservices, Salesforce security model
• Understanding of salesforce.com's sales cloud 2, service cloud, chatter

Desirable Technical Skills:

• Experience with Test-driven Development (TDD)
• Experience with Continuous Integration (CI) platforms & process

Mandatory Functional Skills:

• Experience understanding of salesforce.com's sales cloud 2, service cloud, chatter & Force.com product offerings
• Experience with database concepts & data modeling capabilities.

Desirable Functional Skills:

• Experience developing in an Agile Software development environment
• Solid understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
• Strong analytical skills & the ability to develp processes and methodologies

Total Experience Required:

• 3+ Years
