Job Position: Pega CLSA or CSSA
Location: El Segundo, CA
Duration: Long Term Contract

 

Job Description:
• Work closely with one or multiple customer to define strategy, roadmap on Pega based application
• Review team work from Pega design/best practice perspective
• Define Class Structure, Framework, Situational & Decisioning Layer Cake using Pega best practices
• Lead a team (if needed)
• Interfacing with customer on a regular basis
• Develop quick prototypes/PoC for customer as needed on PEGA DSM (PRPC) platform

Job Requirements:

• 8-10 years of IT experience
• 3+ years of Pega experience
• Pega CLSA certified preferred, Minimum CSSA certified
• 3+ years of experience in leading Pega architecture/ design teams
• Very good understanding/exposure of various Pega frameworks and other products
• Knowledge of Pega DSM framework
• Experience with various deployment mechanism of Pega
• Ability to drive Pega technology consulting, architecture work across business units/ projects
• Conversant with Pega's connectors and services
• Pega 6.x hands on experience
• Should have good understanding on decision rules and corresponding technology.
• Strong communication skills and customer facing skills

 

Desired:
• Knowledge of Pega DSM
• Knowledge of Pega SFA
• Pega 6.x, 7.x experience
• Familiarity with other BPM tools, BRE etc. if available
