Skills Required and Job Description:

Responsibilities for the  iOS Developer position include: Understand the challenges being addressed by an engagement and collaborate with team members, clients, and stakeholders to deliver a valuable technical solution Design, develop, unit test, and deploy Android based solutions from the ground up using common standards and frameworks Implement best practices for developing Android applications that target multiple devices and platform versions Provide technical mentoring and leadership to more junior resources Working within an agile environment providing input for architectural design decisions Development and implementation of applications using existing and emerging technology platforms Actively participate in story planning and detailed daily standups Estimate level of effort to develop code to meet acceptance criteria Conduct design and code review to ensure compliance with standards Ensure adherence to continuous improvement practices as required to meet quality / time to market imperatives Provide technical leadership Updating agile tracking systems to provide transparency to stakeholders Mentor other developers and support QA during testing Providing thought leadership; recommending improvements and assist in changes to best practices Strong interpersonal and communications skills, excellent analytical skills, flexibility, ability to plan and organize, responsiveness, creativity Ability to handle aggressive timelines in a very dynamic work environment with minimal supervision Ability to coach others to reach their highest potential Ability to deal with multiple projects and deadlines Strong analytical and problem solving skills with a high attention to detail Flexible team player Qualifications: Specific qualifications for the iOS Developer position include: Demonstrated progression and growth as an iOS Developer through past career experiences with enterprise clients Experience using RESTful APIs to integrate mobile applications to server side systems Working knowledge of the general mobile landscape, architectures, trends, and emerging technologies High proficiency with development tools and workflows (modern source control systems, unit testing, continuous workflow, etc.) 3 years development experience using Objective-C and versed in Swift 2 years experience performing as technical lead on software development projects
