Position: System Engineers/Architects

Location: El Segundo (LA area)

Duration: 3-6 months (extension possible)

 

 

Job Description/Skill-Set :

Qualification : Bachelors/Master's degree in Electronics/Computer Science/Electrical Engineering

Experience:  7+ years preferably in Media/Video/Cable/Satellite TV industry

Skills

Live Video streaming, HTTP Live Streaming (HLS),MPEG DASH, Video On Demand (VOD), Digital Rights Management (DRM), Conditional Access (CAS), Over The Top (OTT) technology, H264/MPEG Video Encoding, Digital Video Recorder (DVR), IPTV etc.
Basic networking skills ( knowledge of TCP, UDP, IGMP and other common protocols ), Exposure to Set Top Box platforms with DVR is a plus, (Design at System level is preferred - Coding/Programming experience is not a must)

Location:  El Segundo (LA area)

Duration:  3-6 months (extension possible)
