Title: Oracle Applications Engineer

 

Location: Menlo Park, CA (need locals)

 

Duration: 6 Months+

 

Description:
Client is looking for a seasoned Oracle Application Engineer with exceptional skills in designing and building solutions using Oracle technologies. In this position, the engineer will help design and engineer efficient, scalable and sustainable solutions in the Financials space - specifically FA, GL, AP and SLA.

 

Responsibilities:
- Work closely with Product Managers and help design solutions leveraging Oracle Tools and Technologies
- Build and deliver quality solutions on-time

 

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems or equivalent experience.
Strong knowledge of Fixed Assets,  AP , GL, and SLA data models Excellent verbal and written communication skills
6+ years of experience in Oracle development
3+ years of experience working with Oracle R12 applications.
4+ years in SQL and PL/SQL development with strong experience in
4+ handling large volumes of data, performance tuning
Proven ability in developing complex extensions extending standard oracle functionality along with the ability to create standalone solutions desired.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to take ownership of tasks and projects, with an emphasis on attention to details.
