Role	VB6 .NET
Mandatory Technical / Functional Skills	Experienced in VB6 Experienced in C#.NET 2.0, 4.0 ,MVC 4.0, XML, COMDeveloper and Designer Experienced in developing web applications using MVC 4.0 ,Entity Framework Experience in client side technologies, Java script, Jquery, CSS, AJAX Experience in SQL Server Data base Experience in Query tuning Good problem solving skills Experience in C++ (nice to have)
Roles and responsibility	Understand the flow of application and enhance the application for new functionalities Make enhancements to the existing retail application. Prepare analysis /design documents and other relevant documantation. Work with teams and coordinate on need basis.
Desirable Technical / Functional Skills	Strong team player Customer and end-user focused Excellent oral and written communications skills Ability to deliver to promises made Adopts best practices in development standards Initiative to seek for continuous improvement
