- Strong in IBM Infosphere Datastage 8.1 or higher
- Strong in Unix Shell scripting, DB2
- Strong Data warehousing Concepts
- Knowledge of other ETL tools (Informatica Power Centre) is preferable
- Knowledge of Business intelligence Tools will be added advantage
- Strong understanding of scheduling tool such as Control-M/Autosys/Tivoli etc.
- Thorough understanding of performance tuning techniques
- Lead Offshore team and coordinate on offshore activities and deliverables
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Understanding of Scrum Methodology
- Insurance domain knowledge is preferable
- Experience in Agile Methodology projects.
