C# Developer with Java programming Exp

Location: Roseville, CA

Duration: 12+ Month

 REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, SKILLS & COMPETENCIES:

• BS in Computer Science or related field
• Immediate authorization to work in the US
• 3+ years relevant work experience using Microsoft SQL server/Oracle database, Windows, SQL and XML
• Experience mapping XML to fill able PDF's
• Experience creating and updating DDLS
• Solid Java programming and a working knowledge of C# or solid C# programming skills and working knowledge of Java
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong analytical problem-solving skills
• Full software life cycle experience including requirements gathering through product enhancement releases.
• Ability to work independently

 PREFERRED EXPERIENCE, SKILLS & COMPETENCIES:

• Experience with Spring Framework, web service client implementation, and distributed systems.
• Customer support experience.
• Technical lead experience.
• Web hosting experience.

Familiarity with the Internal Revenue Service's Modernized e-File system
