Job Title : Windows System Admin with WEB HOSTING/IIS Exp.

Duration: 6+ months

As the Web Hosting Administrator you
will provide planning, implementation and support for the Infrastructure Hosting environment utilized by
hundreds of web applications. All of the functions consist of complex hardware and software configurations
and interact regularly with other functions across many teams (Network, Security, Infrastructure,
Procurement, Helpdesks, applications, etc)
Responsibilities:
* Project Support for Microsoft Web Hosting Environment
* Provide day-to-day developer and client support including analysis, debugging and maintenance for the
Infrastructure Hosting environment.
* Perform project requests, assignments and deliverables for platform-specific implementations.
* This includes installation and maintenance of all web server software, configuration of load balancers and
migration of resource / code changes as needed.
* Oversee small projects and interact with other departments to ensure completion on time.
* Provide technical guidance and advice to co-workers and others; is a good technical resource.
* Document processes and procedures of implemented changes.
* Review and evaluate proposals for infrastructure-hosting initiatives in the enterprise.
Required Skills
* Performs in project process and technical leadership roles for infrastructure hosting projects of moderate to high risk and complexity.
* Has advanced knowledge supporting an Infrastructure Hosting Environment, including Windows Server,
Internet Information Services and Network Load Balancers.
* Advanced knowledge of diagnostic tools for problem detection and resolution knowledge of LAN design
and inter-related distributed systems functions as they relate to supporting the infrastructure hosting
environment.
* Develops, tests and implements technical procedures.
* Produces clear and comprehensive technical instructions and documents of moderately complex technical
concepts to a wide audience.
* Translate business application requirements into infrastructure requirements.
* Participate in medium to large business projects; lead small to medium infrastructure projects.
* Manages multiple projects/issues concurrently.
* Executes infrastructure hosting deployments of medium to large scale.
* Provides tier-3 level support for problem resolution.
* 7 – 9 years of increasingly responsible professional experience.
* Requires in-depth knowledge of infrastructure hosting technologies; hardware, O/S, and related tools and
applications.
* Windows Server 2008 and Windows Server 2012
* Internet Information Services (IIS) version 7 and 8
* Experience with configuring Reverse Proxies (Apache Preferred)
* Configuration and troubleshooting web application with F5 devices (creating and maintaining VIPs andiRules)
* Oracle's Identity Access Management Suite (with emphasis on web access)
* Automation of tasks using scripting, such as PowerShell (version 2 or higher)
