SKILLS:

 

Project management for redesign of MRS web/ Upgrade the current technology to newer technology, create a tax payer self service and allow for more services online.  Experienced PM with Web based project background.  Financial/Accounting - Experience in implementation of financial applications.   SDLC Testing - Understanding of testing/QA approach to web based application development.  (NOTE:  see standard PM3 state of Maine job description in attachments for more info.)
