•Financial control & budgeting including annual budget submission and initiative planning
•Voice Product cost & recovery management
•Audit & Compliance management for Global Voice Infrastructure
•Organization Performance Management tracking
•Talent Planning Process Engagement
•Mandatory Training Compliance
•Organizational Reporting (Charts, Diversity, etc.)
• Business Continuity Planning
•Associate Satisfaction
•Organizational communication
Develop specific end-to-end operating rhythms and dashboards to communicate organization wide. Associate must possess strong leadership traits and competencies with 7+ years experience in technology and/or business environments with a desire to develop leadership potential. Must have ability to work in an environment where you are not directly manager of staff but still achieve goals and strategy of organization.

•Confidence and ability to present to management
•Ability to communicate well in writing
•Strong business partnering skills and desire to work in a fast-paced environment
•Experience in developing executive-level presentations and updates for senior leadership

•MBA
