Position: Sr. PeopleSoft Financial Reports Developer

Location: NYC NY

Duration: 6+ months contract

 

SCOPE

The ideal candidate will be a problem-solver with strong attention to detail, and strong process improvement skills. The PeopleSoft Report Developer must be comfortable with multi-tasking and shifting gears while maintaining accuracy and timeliness in all tasks.

 

Develop reports in PeopleSoft Financials 9.x using XML/BI Publisher (strong skills), PeopleSoft Query, SQL/SQR, Crystal Reports.

Experience using People Code and People Tools 8.5x including Application Designer, Security Administration, Change Assistant, Tree, Manager, Application Engine, Application Debugger, Data Mover, Workflow, Query and Process Scheduler.

Experience using Integration Tools including Component Interfaces and Integration Broker (Application Messaging).

Reporting experience within an enterprise PeopleSoft Financial environment 3 to 5 years experience with PS Financial reporting development tools.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Oracle OBIEE for Business Intelligence reporting skills is preferred but not required.

 

DESIRABLE SKILLS/EXPERIENCE : - Note: candidates who do not have the mandatory skills will not be considered

Experience using QA tools, preferably Microsoft Visual Studio Team System 2010 and HP Quality Center, as required to support quality assurance and testing processes.

Knowledge of SQL

 

SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS (use this section to identify any special instructions or requirements, e.g., Background Checks required, gaps in periods of performance, etc.)

The Report Developer will create reports, reporting tools, and communication tools to be used by personnel from business subsidiaries and shared services as well as upper management and executive level Officers.

The Report Developer will analyze reports and determine best way to handle those reports using XML/BI Publisher, Crystal and SQR.

 

Peoplesoft and Publisher AND XML AND Financials AND query AND SQR AND SQL AND ( "People Code" OR "PeopleCode") AND Reports AND Crystal.
