Responsibilities:
·         Develop project technology strategy by understanding key client objectives; diagnosing and mapping client requirements; articulating solution risks and barriers; recommending project approaches; preparing time and cost estimates; planning full project life cycle
·         Lead and facilitate information gathering sessions to validate business cases, gather and document business and functional objectives
·         Implement architecture by building components and custom designs; prototyping; data migration; maintaining technical integrity and consistency; documenting system
·         Design and implement Web frameworks, libraries, or accelerators to be used as value-added product offerings
·         Manage customer relationship by communicating Web Technology architecture standards and frameworks; answering questions; resolving concerns and issues
·         Recommend best of breed customer solutions, based upon existing products and/or custom work
·         Establishing architectural and development standards around Web Technologies
·         Validate system performance by developing and conducting test scripts; completing bug fixes

 

Required Skills:
·         10+ years’ experience in IT
·         5+ years of User Experience and User Interface design with below skills
·         Strong JavaScript and Flex skills
·         HTML5 , XHTML & DHTML
·         CSS (create or edit the css layout based templates)
·         Usability Concept (Browser compatibility issues)
·         JavaScript
·         JavaScript Design Patterns
·         Dreamweaver
·         Photoshop
·         Flash
·         Actionscript 2.0 & 3
·         Adobe Photoshop
·         Dreamweaver
·         Adobe Illustrator
·         Mockup creation
·         Prototype designing
·         Table less designing
·         Knowledge in usability and accessibility
·         Knowledge in fixing browser compatibility issues
·         Advanced JavaScript including DOM, object-oriented JavaScript, Ajax, JSON, events, callbacks and well-demonstrated XHTML/CSS
·         Good Knowledge of jQuery, HTML5 and CSS3
·         Integration patterns for front-end code with JSP, JSTL or web-services
·         Strong knowledge on web/usability/accessibility standards
·         Very good understanding of Security features in web application development and its application to frontend engineering
·         Excellent troubleshooting skills
·         Experience with high performance web page optimization techniques.
·         Strong skills to effectively interface with client executives, understand their business requirements and create UI mockups, prototypes on the fly based on customer’s requirements
·         Experience on Javascript Frameworks like Backbone.js/Knocout.js/Ember.js.
·         Knowledge of web application lifecycle, MVC and other design patterns
·         Experience on Parsley framework
·         Knowledge of databases like MongoDB, Redis, noSQL
·         Experience on Node.js/Phantom.js/ Socket.IO
