Role: System Buisness Analyst

Location: Bloomington, IL

Duration: 6 to 9 month

Interview type: Telephonic/Skype

Experience Required: 5+ years



Mandatory Skills & Responsibilities:

Candidates will have a proven track record in successfully implementing ITSM processes to improve operational efficiencies within large enterprise organizations. This position will vary in the scope of project responsibilities, however gen10erally this position will focus on understanding an organizations operational structure based off ITSM fundamentals promoting organizational change to produce Process Governance.


·Responsible for development and integration of IT Governance processes, procedures, policies, and process metrics with an emphasis on process integrations.

·Conducts IT Operations Process Maturity Assessments and prepares/presents high-level management briefs.

·Defines IT Operations Process roadmaps.

·Able to provide Process/Service transition, implementation and Operationalization.

·Improve operational effectiveness and efficiency within the organization by providing expertise and consulting to process owners, project and execution teams.

·Responsible for defining all roles and responsibilities in the process and provides input into expected resources required for each role, provides on-going coaching and mentoring of process leads.

·Responsible for defining process reporting metrics including analysis of results and trends monitoring end-to-end performance of the process.

·Provides content knowledge for on-going delivery process development, sustaining client base support, and strategic planning activities.

·Project management capabilities are required in accordance to PMI standards
