-          Expert with modular .NET design

-          Expert with modular .NET deployment configuration

-          IIS configuration expert

-          Experience with consumer-facing systems

-          Experience with large, overwhelming  codebase

-          Passion for refactoring

-          Willingness to teach junior engineers about technique

-          Test-driven development experience

-          7+ years of C# experience

-          Comfortable being a leader

-          Available for temp to PERM transition
