Location- Chicago IL

Must Haves:

-Responsive Design

-JQuery, Javascript, AJAX
-CSS3, Sass or LESS
-WCF
-MVC
-HTML5
-Minimum of 6 years of programming experience.
-Must have a minimum of 4 years of C# experience.
-Needs to be able to design and implement browser based applications that are as robust and responsive to event driven updates as a desktop client.
-Experience in building scalable and fault tolerant systems from a client UI through to a server(s)
-Object oriented analysis and design, including an understanding of design patterns and architectural framework.
