SharePoint implementer who can take projects from concept to execution in short order, leveraging key capabilities of SharePoint.
Skill Set Requirements:
Microsoft Certified SharePoint Consultant
· Technology: 10 year of experience is systems development and being able to show knowledge of SharePoint 2010 Enterprise version and its myriad features including InfoPath, external data connectivity, user interface customization.
o 10 Years SharePoint Experience as subject matter expert (SME) in implementation / development
o 15 Years Information Technology Experience
o ASP.Net, C#, HTML, CSS, XML, XSL, XSLT, JavaScript, AJAX, Silverlight, SQL Server; Oracle, Visual Studio 2010
· Solutions: Solid experience in taking solutions from concept to realization leveraging out of the box features and customizing as needed. Should be able to work individually or with a small number of other experienced individuals to deliver compelling solutions.
· Design: Should be able to consider various options of SharePoint – Out of the Box, Third party components or custom development. Should be able to do proof of concepts and/or actual implementation with these capabilities.
· Visual Design: Should be able to translate user requirements into scalable SharePoint artifacts including master pages, style sheets, scripts and site templates.
· SharePoint Solution Best Practices and IT Staff: Develop the solutions according to SharePoint best practices and then hand off the solution to Bank IT Staff.
· Client Engagement: Able to work with users and Bank project managers to control project scope, schedule and technology risks.
Responsibilities:
This resource expected to work independently (or with a very small team) to implement solutions based on high level requirements. The resource is expected to work with IMTPS staff who will provide direction and guidance. The key tasks are:
· Requirements: Understanding the solution requirements based on business inputs or document
· Approach: Developing the solution blueprint, taking into account different tradeoffs
· Implementation: Implement the solution in an agile manner with minimal external support; given to him/her the solution architecture, design.
· Engage with business users if needed to explain project approach, gather feedback and communicate progress working
